Whiskey Jacks BBQ was a dream a few years back and after many partys with our friends as taste testers we decided to make this a reality. We sold our house and went on a search for the right equipment to do what we needed. After spending a weekend in south Texas we purchased this unit. We can cater most any size event with ease. Dee and I have made a great team in working together to make all of our food the best it can be. We take great pride in putting a smile on our customers faces with the awesome smell and aroma of BBQ Meats and the sides we make.
For over 14 years Terry has tweaked his skills to get some of the best tasting BBQ around from our Slow Smoked Ribs to our mouth watering Beef Brisket. Our Pulled Pork and BBQ Chicken stand alone as well. Between the flavor of the right amout of smoke to the rubs and glaze that we use down to the Home Made BBQ Sauce. Then try some of Dee's Home made Mac n Cheese or her Potato Salad or the Smokey Goodness of the Baked beans with a side of ColeSlaw.
After beeing rubbed with the right amount of spices our Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork stay in the smoker for over 13 hours. All of our ribs are prepped with a dry rub and then smoked for a min 4 hrs.
